‘New York One Way’ on Prime, the story of a dream – Cinema

The documentary “New York Solo Andata” by Neapolitan Davide Ippolito, produced by LuckyHorn Entertainment, will be available starting tomorrow on Prime Video. The history of the American dream is a travel story in the Big Apple, from the first Italian migratory flows of the late 19th and early 20th centuries to the present day.


Among the personalities who met, Consul General in New York Fabrizio Di Michele, director of the Italian Cultural Institute Fabio Finotti, director of the Italian Trade Agency NY, Antonino La Spina, former president of the Council of Ministers Lamberto Dini, journalist Federico Rampini, writer and professor at the University New York Antonio Monda, Raffaele Guida (Lello the New York barber, a well-known face on social networks). And again: Riccardo Forlenza Global director of IBM, journalist and literary guide Marta Ciccolari Micaldi (who created the educational project that bears her artistic name, La McMusa, through which she organizes courses on American literature in Europe and travels literary artists to the United States of America) , Marc Urselli (sound engineer with three Grammys below), musician and composer Fabrizio Mancinelli (conductor for the soundtrack of the Oscar-winning film Green Book) and many other exponents of the world of entrepreneurship, art and culture.


The music for the documentary is by Mirko Ettore D’Agostino, and the closing song is “L’ Ultima Sera”, a single by Cristiano Cosa that he wrote with Francesco Gaudi.


“New York Solo Andata is a film I wanted to make from the first time I set foot in this city – says Davide Ippolito, a director and producer who lives in the USA -. Having the opportunity to compare myself to many successful Italians here in the United States is strengthened my love for this country, and especially for the city of New York, where I eventually decided to move my family and part of my business activities.”
