Woman claims Jamie Foxx sexually assaulted her in New York bar, actor says it ‘never happened’

He then grabbed her by the arm and took her to a secluded area, where he put her hands under her crop top and groped her breasts, the suit says. The lawsuit also alleges that she tried to move away from Foxx when he reached into her pants with his hands and touched her genitals.

When the woman’s boyfriend found them, he stopped and the women walked away, the suit says.

A response statement issued Thursday from the 55-year-old Fox representative said the alleged incident never happened.

“In 2020, this person filed an almost identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. This case was dismissed shortly thereafter. These claims are no more applicable today than they were then. We are confident that they will be sacked again. “Once this is done, Mr. Fox intends to pursue a lawsuit against this individual and his attorney to re-file this frivolous action,” the statement said.

The woman is seeking damages that will be determined at trial, the lawsuit says.
